Weight Loss Yo-Yo is how my life has been until I had no choice but to lose it before I lost it. I would gain 10 lbs, then lose 5 lbs. This went on for a while until I found a company that I was awesome at. Then I just gained the pounds and never lost any weight until I had my wake-up call. If I’m not careful, I will slip right back into the weight-loss yo-yo again.

Weight Loss Yo-Yo Comes to a Head:
As you can see in the video, I’m having some problems, but there is no stress in my life. Which is a big burden lifted off my shoulders, allowing me to do the things that I have always wanted to. In case you did not watch the video above, I had a heart attack, and one year later I followed up with a stroke. Which partially left my right side paralyzed. All because I did not care for myself or my weight.
History Post-Stroke:
It was July 19th, 2023, and my battle with weight loss was at 220 lbs. I have this job, and they have been awesome about letting me go at my own pace due to my condition. That means rewriting this page and all of the others as I discover that they are not up to my standards. It takes a lot of time, but lucky for me, I have lots of time to do just that.
Well, it is January 9th, 2024. I had a setback; I gained 24 lbs in 5 months due to depression and eating. I snapped out of it, but the damage had already happened. So I am starting at 244 lbs because I just got my weight at the doctor. So here I go again, and we shall see if I can do it:
